What is CAD Support?

Cadkunde Support is a maintenance plan that relieves manufacturing companies from the worries of daily CAD use. It includes, among other things, periodic Vault migrations, fast support for server issues, and 8 hours a year of remote support for engineers. In addition, two licenses of Thundercad are included—our powerful toolset that makes CAD work more efficient and smarter.

What is included with CAD Support?

  • Vault Basic migration every 2 years to the latest version. Cadkunde will contact you for this. This way, you always stay up-to-date and engineers get the most out of the software.
  • Support in case of server emergencies. Response time within 12 hours; our consultants work until a workable solution is found.
  • 8 hours per year of remote support for all types of engineering questions (by phone, email, or remote desktop).
  • Two licenses of Thundercad, our all-round toolset (including applications like iProperty Menu, Batch Publish Documents, BOM Export, Quick Save / Load, Model Cleaner, Dashboard).
